All goods are dispatched from Wye River, Victoria, Australia and are delivered by Australia Post.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. During high volume periods & sales, dispatch times may vary.

Once dispatched, we will send you a notification email and your order should arrive within 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-3 business days for express delivery. These delivery times are estimates, your parcel may take longer to arrive. Please note that shipping times do not include dispatch times. 

Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery timings as it depends on the destination for delivery, and any delays AusPost may be experiencing at the time. Wye River Candle Co. does not accept any liability for any delays in shipping and delivery of an order.

Please note it can take longer to WA, remote and regional areas. Please note that we rely on AusPost to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.

We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use AusPost's Parcel Post to deliver items Australia-wide from our studio in Wye River, VIC.

For Australian standard deliveries, please see below shipping charges:

• $10 postage and handling within Australia
• FREE standard delivery on orders over $80 (excludes shipping costs, wholesale/bulk orders and express post)

Please note that some rural locations may take slightly longer. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email from AusPost with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery. Please contact AusPost for any enquiries about your order, as once it leaves us, it is in the hands of AusPost.

EXPRESS DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use AusPost's Express Post to deliver items Australia-wide from our studio in Wye River, VIC. Please see below shipping charges:

• $14 for postage and handling within Australia.
• FREE express delivery on orders over $120 (excludes shipping costs and wholesale/bulk orders)
